Ok ladies I'm going in for my 36 week checkup and I've had friends discuss with me the option for a membrane sweep...…

Im pretty sure thats not an option till about 39 weeks just because it does put alot of women into labor.

@mommyofdoubletrouble, o ok... it's something that I haven't really thought about until now so I didn't want to get asked by the doctor at some point and be completely baffled 😂

Yeah not till 39 weeks you will probably get tested for a bacteria though

It's just like a pap smear it's so they know if they need to give you antibiotics at labor

@mommysbabies, I think I remember my doctor saying something about it but it's so much info at 1 time and I forget everything lol... thank you so much

No problem I can't give you any information about appointments after that I got induced the next day

@mommysbabies, lol o lord... I've heard mixed reviews on getting induced... how did you feel about it?

I had no choice my son had to come out or he could have died but is wasn't bad in all honesty I just had pain meds through the iv no epidural by the time I wanted it it was time to push

@mommysbabies, that's understandable... I want to go without an epidural because of my migraines... just praying that IV meds will be enough

They knocked me out but I don't even take Tylenol I slept through most of my labor to be honest

@mommysbabies, so lucky... hopefully I can have a similar experience
