The struggle is too real... trying to find a better job with benefits that is a night shift.. I've never put my daughter in daycare and I never plan to, but it's hard to get a decent job when they're all day shifts/during the week.

@mahlia, thank you I'll look into amazon, I use to work with them but as a warehouse associate and it was so stressful!

Amazon's call center is opening up more opportunities for stay at home moms which include flexible scheduling and benefits. Other than that, focus on what people need for support at all hours. I used to work overnight answering phones for roadside assistance.
