Wean off of it. Its better than a cold turkey stop. At least mentally it is. I was on progesterone vaginal and injection. First the injectios were spaced out from every other to every three days then stop. The Vaginal cream was every day then every third day then stop. I had a history of m/c too. By 13 weeks I was off all of it

@nikkij04, @twinpeanut, @kitcatmeow8383, thanks ladies! My progesterone levels have been a steady 22/23 the last month or so. The nurse told me, that's only a therapeutic number. It should be moving higher since I'm at the end of my first trimester. So the nurse said continue them until 13 weeks. After this, The very next lab I got had my progesterone at 34 which might've been an indication that the placenta was starting to take over. So then the doctor said I could quit now. And that I was only on them cause I wanted to be on them. Do I get a second opinion from another ob or my primary Doc?

Id wean off now since levels are going up with the placenta. Im 23 weeks now and little girl is doing so good!
