Amazon has the containers for $10 if you buy the discs and all that its $70 but I bought the containers it's tells you how to calculate your calorie in take. It gives you a list of foods that you can eat in those containers so go shopping from that list of what you like to eat only eat as many containers of what it says your supposed to and go for a walk once or twice a week

I still had baby weight so I lost that and now I'm below before baby weight I'm impressed bc I can't diet but this is easy
