Whats breastsleep?

@embracemthrhd2, basically bed sharing but it's when your baby sleeps with you and has access to nurse more often and with less interruption in sleep for baby and mom.

Oh yeah its way better. I keep the diapers and wipes close by and then feed her we'll go right back to sleep

I wish it had worked for me. I couldn't ever nurse him while laying down on my side.

@jacesterlingsmommy, i never even thought about it but the lactation nurse at the hospital I had my daughter at had showed me how to.

I did it with both my kids and it was amazing. And both spelt through the night longer which helped me out as well.

I do , and have since day one . My daughter is now 8 months old . Makes life 10x easier and we both get way more sleep .

We co sleep, I don't know how to breastfeed her laying down, I tried once and felt silly. I am always sitting upright when breastfeeding her. I feel like my big boobs would smother her if I fed her laying down.

We breastslept for the first 6 months. Our son slept through the night since 5 weeks old. We also took naps this way up until just a couple months ago when he got more interested in twiddling my nipples than falling asleep.

We do this 🙂
