Pediatrician told me to just throw all bottles away and only offer sippy cups. Has anyone tried this and how did it work for you? My kid is so stubborn I feel like it's not gonna work well

I did that at 6 months with my boys. If they don't have an option they will take what they can get

We went with the 360 cup. He took to it very quickly at 8months

I used Nik because they have the soft sippy nipple and they just switched over

Mine is now at the point where my pediatrician is trying to get me to throw the sippy cups away and have her only use straws, but she won't use them. Sometimes your child chooses. I don't like how pushy some pedes can be. Just keep trying and take the lectures from the doc with a grain of salt.

We went cold turkey with my son. He wasn't happy for a couple days and would refuse his milk at times and would scream, but he got over it quick. Once he realized that in a cup was the only way he was going to get his milk he was alright. Just like training a child with anything else it takes time and frustration. Good luck.

I agree with @t.osgood2015, doctors can be pushy. All babies are different
