I have a 3 week Old baby and her daddy has ADHD along side depression and anxiety.... His depression and anxiety got better for about a year, the day I gave birth he hit the bottom again and I've barely had any help when it comes to our little girl. I feel like he's distant... Dont get me wrong he loves us and has the odd day where he tries to help out but its mostly left to me(also suffers with depression and anxiety)... Too scared to tell him we need help in case he thinks I'm saying he's a shit dad and that makes him worse... And my mum moans at me that he should help more. I end up in a shit situation then...
