Hey ladies, I've been out of the dating game for over 2 years now. I am TERRIFIED, lol. Anyways, a guy that I knew from a couple of years ago has recently started talking to me, and he seems great. He has been trying to hangout with me all week and I've been too busy. He invited me to an Easter thing at his house Sunday, and I haven't seen him in years. We were never a thing, so I don't know if it will be awkward or what, especially since I'm assuming this is a family event. Should I just go and get over my insecurities and worries?

Go. Be social. Let someone who lives near you know where your going. Always got to be cautious. You don't have anything to lose. Ask if it's a family or social event. Ask who will be there.
