@owenjacesmama this is an old mill hill house. 650 plus 250 is the total deposits just to get into the house. 250 is the pet deposit. So a total of 900 to get in. Plus about 600 to cut on power and water.

After that the rent is 650 a month and were looking at about 200 a month for power and water. So about...850 a month for rent, and utilities. Maybe 900 because utilities vary based off of how much you use them.

@melody_momof4 my land lords the only one that would rent out a house like this that cheap. Every where else, sometimes just a 3 bedroom house is like 1k a month just for rent. The cheapest places to live are in the mill hills. Its really hard to find a decent mill hill to. Williamston is the best out of the surrounding mill hills. Anderson, and honeapath mill hills are really bad locations. Theyre pretty much a getto. Williamston is a bit more tamed.

@owenjacesmama yea with only one of us working theres no way we could afford your rent price. Hes a mechanic and im a former mechanic. His income varies based off of how much work he gets in and out. He makes a good amount, but even with a rent payment of 650 and 200 in untilities were still going to be majorly pushing it. Barely skimming by. Its gonna be tight, but i know we can make it. We learned by living with family which bills to put first. The most important ones besides utilities and rent, are his tool payment, and car insurence. My tool payment still needs to be paid unless we give it up, but were not using my tools so its less nessary. The phone bills are flexable and cheap. 45 a month for one phone. We have two. So 90 a month for our phones.

And both cars (we have two) the insurence for each of those is under 90 a month. He gets paid 2 times a month.

I want to be able to help him, but that wont happen until after the babys 3 months old. Once i get another job we should be fine. But until then its gonna be really tight.
