I been having cramps bad they come and go so bad!!!!!

All normal i have them all the time.. drink some water and lay dowm

@crystal.milam I been doing that but laying help a little bit then my back hurts in the lower part of my back

Its all normal pregnancy hurts but it's a joy

I have talk to them they say its all normal my baby is growing just take warm baths and get rest
