Omg! At 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant I was induced at 5:30 am on April 13th, 2017. When I first went in I was 6 cm. I was having contractions not realizing it. And I didn't get an epidural until 8 cm. Everybody was tell me I was having a very fast labor to be a first time mom. Well as soon as a hit 8 1/2 cm dilated, things start to get more difficult with labor. I ended up getting the epidural and thank God I did. At 11 AM I started having to push on my side to get her position right. She had to stop the pushing because she was not going down anymore. After about 30 minutes to an hour I started puking and that pushed her down where she is supposed to be for me to start pushing on my back. So I was pushing from 12 to 2:41 PM. I was so drained and exhausted, that between my brakes of pushing I was falling asleep from exhaustion. And I just needed a pinky finger more of a push to be crowned but she wasn't giving. My doctor came in to see what was going on and I asked him if he does suction and he said yes and I told him to do that to help me out then he did and it was her hair to get stuck and wouldn't pass my pelvis bone and it took almost 10 minutes to 15 minutes to get her just a little bit further to come out and finally I got I want to push in she pretty much came out on her shoulders got stuck on my pelvis bone so they were struggling to get her all the way through. One that they got her always through she turns out to be a 10 pound and 0 ounces baby and 21 1/2 inches long! 😲😲😲😲😲 that is why I had trouble with the end labor! But I have a wonderful baby girl!
