We told Ellia the other day that "big kids know how to put themselves down for a nap." 10 minutes ago I sent her upstairs to go potty before her nap while I fed Tessa and when I got upstairs this is how I found her- she had gone potty, pulled her curtains shut, turned on her sound machine, climbed into bed and fallen asleep... all by herself! This whole gaining independence thing is awesome. And kinda sad... but awesome.
