How do you just don't call or text to check on your son? Sorry I'm just venting. I have an appointment Monday at 2:30 to file a petition for full custody. I've done made up my mind to just get full custody of my son and to get on with our lives. He doesn't want anything to do with him. He not going to come to court because of his track record.

If he doesn't show up to court the judge could just order full custody but if he does show up he may get time with his son.( if he wants it or not) I've been going through with custody since Jan and it's still not over.
