@megsandbabes, I just have terrible social anxiety and I have a hard time with people touching me sometimes. But if I know the doctor and they make me comfortable I'm fine. I had to go to triage for a uti/yeast infection test and I was fine after I met the doctor who was super sweet and reassuring. They had to check my blood pressure twice because I was so terrified at first.
@duckigiaquinto, why do u tremble at the doctors? Don't be scared this is literally the most NATURAL thing a woman's body can do! Just think, for as long as man kind has existed and for as many humans as there have EVER EVER been, a woman birthed them lol. Honestly, it's the fear that creates the pain. If you can get to a spot where u can wrap your mind around the fact that it's just your bodies natural process of stretching and expelling (think pooping!) then it won't be as bad
@mrsjones24, yeah and the hormones don't help at all it just makes it even more nerve racking. The poor doctors notice it every time I go in because I'm trembling. They always think I'm freezing to death.
@mrsjones24, most likely will be taking epi because my pain tolerance with the mild contractions alone is not that great but if I don't need it or if she comes out without me having time I'll be okay. I'm trying not too my anxiety however has different plans.
@mrsjones24, I'm just so nervous 😩 it's making me paranoid because I know she could be here any day now. I have my first cervix check tomorrow so we will see what they say. That is if I don't go into labor before hand.
Yeah labor isn't really that bad and I didn't even get an epidural if you get up and more comes out it's most likely your water

Put a pad on or something that can absorb it pee and your water are two different smells
@megsandbabes, it's not that bad my mom takes me to all the appointments (i know I'm 20 but she's the biggest support I have with this) and it makes it easier. The only time I was in so much fear was I had a really bad ingrown infected toe nail and she had to take me to get it removed. But most of my appointments I'm fine 🙂 it goes by quickly. Anything serious though scares me. Surprisingly enough I'm not that scared to go into labor.
