Carrying a baby in the womb for 9+ months, then carrying them in our arms, car seat, and diaper bag. No wonder we end up needing a personal chiropractor.

I get bruses, cuts, I get emotionally injured. I've gotten sick, But I've always had to do for men in my life that I love but for my baby boy it's different.

Yes! From playtime to bedtime it always seems to hit us where it hurts. 😂🤕

I've never been hurt by everything I've done for my baby , but the most thing that hurts is knowing that you have your partner and it's like he doesn't care or he can see me struggling with the baby and bag and all that good stuff and he looks right at me and just passes right by me like nothing .. I've been more emotionally hurt, in my case and I'm sure there are moms out there that are going through the same exact thing..

Everyone's talking about emotional injury and I'm sitting her going I tripped over salt bags and had glass ice cream bowls fall on me while I was holding my first daughter. Then got told it was my fault I tripped over the salt bags because I knew they were there.

Breastfeeding is pretty painful. You finally get used to it, then they start aggressively gumming the nipple. You get used to that, then they get teeth 😬

Let me start off by saying I unconditionally love my baby boy. But I've been an emotional wreck since he was conceived in my womb. And what I mean is that all the different roller coaster emotions you go through being pregnant and then when they are born going through all their milestones and scares is enough to push someone over a cliff. But somehow as mothers we get through it and come out stronger in the end. I've never endured so much in my life. And I'm in a great marriage but a Father will never know or understand how much a Mother is thrown in a blender and shred to pieces both physically and mentally. I decided to stay home with my baby and although I'm so grateful I've been blessed with the opportunity I can't help but feel so far from myself. I know I've gained so much but we can all admit the feeling of losing so much of who you used to be...It's definitely a hard transition to add this beautiful joy to who you thought you were. But everyday I get up look at my son's face and feel an overwhelming fulfillment of this addictive love he gives me and in my heart I know we will be ok. Life is borrowed time and I make a choice everyday to love the hand I've been dealt because I understand that somewhere else in the world there is a mother who struggles more than me...🤗 to all of the MOMS here, you ladies are #WARRIORS

@relloban, exactly! I just don't understand how they don't see how much we're struggling and running around like chickens with our heads cut off while they sit and watch TV. I just don't get it. I've spent the last 2 years (since becoming a mom) trying to wrap my mind around how an otherwise respectful, considerate, sweet man can do that.

@jalmom, especially when getting ready to go out and you had to get up extraaaa early to get the baby and yourself ready and they wake up all late and still rush you to hurry and get ready 😔😞😤😤😤😤😡

Love this! All of the injuries apply to daily life here! Co-sleeping is physically painful, grocery shopping at Costco with three...painful, legos/transformers/ninja accessories-so not cool to step on! My list is long but gosh in the end it's worth it right?! Love the honesty of this blog!
