I've been promising Remy we would make cookies forever and today we are doing it. I shared the best cookie recipe ever on the roller paper. Zoom to see. It's my sister in laws recipe. Once you make them I promise you will never go back to any other cookie recipe. They are perfection. Here are the cooking details: - In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Once melted stir in both sugars. Whisk over heat 1-2 mins. Take off immediately. Keep whisking till smooth (about 1 min). Set aside... In separate bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda. Then pour butter/ sugar mixture into flour. Then add egg and vanilla. Mix well- put in fridge 20 mins ( this is important). Then add chocolate chips. Then put back in fridge for another hour. Pre-heat to 375 degrees, roll into 1" balls- dough will be firm. Bake 9-10 minutes. | My dress is amazing and is from @aceandjig
