Since I'm breastfeeding, I want to know if I can eat spicy foods? I really want some spicy noodles but I am scared for the baby since what I eat is essentially what she eats. Thought?

I would give it a try! Milk is made from your blood, not stomach contents. If she seems a little fussy after, maybe wait a while.

I would wait until she is older. Her body being little probably can't handlebspicey yet in any format

I only ask because when I had my son, I had spicy Mexican food and he broke out in a rash from it and he was about 2/3 weeks old. That's why I'm kinda hesitant with her. But then again this was the only noodles she would let me eat when I was preggo. @landynsmomma2016, @kambam, @saunshyne,

You have to try it and see what happens honestly, I been breastfeeding for 8 months and spicy food doesn't bother her

Some babies might get gassy from it supposedly. My LO hasn't been bothered

I have breastfed for over a year bow, I put hot sauce in my ramen noodles and he is perfect. He actually loves spicy food lol
