My boyfriend PROMISED me last night he would get up with the baby this morning if she got up early. She did, and he was awake, but he wasn't getting up. So I got up, irritated and tired (I was up sick all night), and I was huffing and puffing. I went back to the bathroom after I made her bottle bc I'm still not feeling well, and he's playing on his phone. I said something that was probably a little rude, like "well you broke another promise.." and he got out of bed, went into the bathroom where I was, and just started screaming at me. Then he looked at me and was like, "I'm fucking sick of you." He went and took care of the baby and slammed the door in my face.
Great start to my day.

That's b.s! He shouldn't get mad at you for him not doing anything but being lazy. He knew better and he knew you were sick. He should have at least said "im sorry I'll go get her" instead of being a little baby back bitch. Sorry for the language, I'm mad at my hubby as well and it's not going well with it being so close to the due date. Men just don't get it at all. They think because they work and stuff that they have alot of leeway. Thinking all we do is stay home and do nothing which isn't true.

@mindyb66 Way too true for my household. He hasn't gotten up with our baby ever. And has only feed her once. I expect I will never have help, I will care for and parent our daughter single handedly

Damn. Well at least you held your tongue at that point, in my sleep deprived state I probably would have said something like "oh alright let me know if you see a real father on your way out"
