I know this isn't about babies but is anyone on here a vet or know about cats and can tell me what this is?! It behind my cats ear and does anyone know what I can use to keep it cleaned out so it doesn't get infected?! Just for info him and my other male cat sometimes go at each other but it's never been that bad where they leave injuries on each other...as far as I know..

I'm not sure if it's the picture, but to me that looks like the start of muscle tissue. If that's the case, then the cat needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible. A dermatologic exam may need to be performed. And if not, then you'll need a sterile saline wash from the vet and keep it properly bandaged.
