It's not necessary because their is no guarantee it will work. Just a personal choice for each mama.

@teniera, he thinks I should just wait till baby comes out by himself so we know for sure he's ready and healthy as possibly can be..

@brownsugarluv, I kinda think it's just one of those things that makes us feel like we have some control in a really unknown situation but it doesn't necessarily do anything you're right. There's actually a scoring called a bishops score that you can ask for that'll let you know if you're even likely to respond to any kind of induction type things but most women don't know that and most doctors/midwives don't bother to offer I don't think

I've been pregnant 6 times and from the beginning to the end I'm completely uncomfortable and don't feel like "myself", if that makes sense.

The end is the worst and longest haul mama! I swear at 38 weeks the anticipation and anxiousness is the worst. Hang in there hun!

@brownsugarluv, thank you! I'm trying to savor every moment, this very well may be my last. It's just really hard to be patient because I wanna meet him so bad. Part of it too is just me being excited to finally be fat enough along that I can even consider all these things and I like to soak up information! I lost a baby last April at 16 weeks and I think some part of me is still trying to cover up that pain with the excitement of this one.. anyways. Thank you for your support and the chats! ❤️❤️❤️
