Sometimes it can take up to a year for your body to go back to "normal" after being off birth control. Some women get pregnant right away and others take time. Get one of those period tracking apps and some ovulation test strips from Amazon (if you don't have them already) and track and record your ovulation and periods. Having sex before your actual date of ovulation is recommended because sperm can live inside of you for up to 12 days. If you wait till the actual date of ovulation you can possibly miss the window. If you're truly worried there's a health concern in you or your partner, go get checked out. Most doctors won't intervene until you've been trying for at least a year. Good luck, and don't stress...It makes it a less enjoyable process :)
