I drink like 8 water bottles a day @moonslugg i recommend upping your water intake .

@elise305 I'm so happy someone posted about these!! I almost bought them, but opted for the powder drink instead. Is that the only flavor you've tried? I'm not a fan of oatmeal cookies.

I cant stand the cooieks and they did not work for me but I have tried the milky mama cookies and brownies and lemonade and they work.

@moonslugg. You sould try this if those cookies did now work and they taste better

Do you think it would work if the reason my milk dropped was because of the IUD?

so I make lactation cookies and don't get much help from them is it better to buy already made. I'm only getting 1-3 pumped and it makes me sad.
