I keep getting dizzy spells and light Headedness any idea why its been few days now and feel like my head is gonna…

Only thing i can think of is water...

I drink enough water i drink like 4 glasses a day i called my doctor she thinks i have vertigo something with my inner ear doctor we go tom@embracemthrhd2
