I'm having a really bad pain in my lower abdomen and in the vagina.. i know tmi but I am freaking…

Is it like a sharp pain ? Or Is it consistent? It could be lightning crotch. I got it all the time it always immobilized me for a few min lol...but thats normal.

Your baby could be laying on a nerve. Thats probably where that consistent pain is coming from. Try drinking cold water to move the baby☺️💖

Sometimes for like an hour my baby would stay in one spot and it would make me nervous but i drank ice water and then shed move and itd get better.

Could be ligament pain.
