I'm getting contractions like randumly and no pattern at all having them since Friday their not even consistent, I went to the hospital in Friday nd she said it's false labour so what could it be it's exactly like contractions hurts nd goes away after few sec nd they are sometimes 5 mins or 10 mins apart, is this braxton hicks or my body is preparing itself for labour? Anyone feel the same?

I definitely recommend the birthing ball. I saw my midwife on my 38 week appointment (monday) She recommended using the ball. I used it for about 45 minutes each day. I went into labour on the Sunday and had him early Monday. It was really good to take my mind off the pain/annoyance of braxton hicks as well. I managed to stay home as well when in labour for 6 hours before they called me in as I couldn't say about movements. But I managed with a birthing ball tens and hot water bottle at home xx

Ohhhh right but I'm scared i might hurt the baby bcz when I had the sweep she said she could feel the babies head so it's kinda awkward to have sex or it doesn't hurt her I'm soo confused, but I Deffo try the ball need to inflate it soon

Sirry tmi Also if you feel up to it try having sex the orgasm can help ur body go into labour or if you have a ball bounce on that i found the ball help me so much haven't tried first just been told by mideife
I have the same just false labour like you put just your body getting ready, it's so annoying it gets your hopes up and then stops 😤 x
I do but it hurts to walk now down there 😣 but I will try today as it's a lovely weather today
