When you get invited to a BBQ @someone's house and they ask to pitch in $40 for food and it's just 2 of you? Lol that's just ridiculous I say. I'd actually be embarrassed to even think of doing that, why would you invite and ask them to pitch in? We might as well just go out to eat by ourselves instead. Lol it's like your charging us to pay for our food and hang out with you, like if you're a celebrity or something..... Smh, nerve of some people.

My husband and I know a couple just like this, so I read him the post. He responds with, "My nephew (only he said his name) and gf invited us again? We end up paying whether they come over to out place, we go there or we all go out, we always get stuck with the bill. I agree with you, forget them and go out alone. You'll have a better time and your pocket will be heavier at the end of the evening. I can't stand ppl like this.

They are just mooches. They both have jobs and love a free ride in life. You have to wonder about these kinds ppl, if we did they same to then and asked for money for this or that, would they treat us the same? Ask yourself that. With a baby on the way, I ask myself that often. @spongey

Ya I tell my guy, I know it's your lil brother and all and they barely just moved to their first new home, but damn he's only asking money from you, instead of his other in-laws just bc you have a good job and doesn't respect the fact that were expecting and we're trying to save also?
