Ladies, dilemma!! My son is 5 months old and is still wearing 0-3 months and even newborn sometimes 😣 Hes 12.4lbs and hasnt gained any weight in 2 freakin months! His pedi said to start him off on pureed foods last month and i did but still no weight gain at all. Im starting to get worried. Hes a happy baby but hes just still so small. Hes tall but so skinny. Hes formula fed and gets hungry often and i feed him whenever he gets hungry (no schedule) any advice ladies?

Unfortunately I don't think I'm qualified to give much advice on this. Something of this nature really needs to be monitored by the pediatrician or a specialist. I know that all babies are different and grow at different rates, but no gain in 2 months doesn't sound quite under the scope of "normal".

@cubanese i knowww i kinda regret giving him pureed foods now cuz it made his poop all crazy. 😣 but thank you for the advice. Should i stop giving him pureed?

Yw i have to know when I'm not specialy trained in something or have personal experience with it to not try to give advice. I do agree with my sister though on the food etc.

My son was smaller too and then lost a tiny bit and his pediatrician told me to supplement with a high calorie formula. He's been gaining since then
