Hanna has been started on rice cereal. Only a tbs in her bottle... stage 1 nipple is too hard for her to suck the milk out. What do y'all suggest? I've tried making the holes bigger but can't seem to get it right and she will be started at a babysitter Monday. Do I go ahead and buy stage 2 or 3 nipples? Or is there another option? We use Dr. Browns bottles.

Okay. So I'm exclusively breastfeeding & I just started school last week so she goes to head start . Before i started school i fed her with the bottle every now and then so she can start getting used to drinking from the bottle. She was doing good. And when I went to school it seemed like she was doing good. Until this weekend I tried feeding her from a bottle but she WILL NOT take it . She throws tthe biggest fit ever . my mother In law my boyfriend and a couple other people tried to give her the bottle but she doesn't take it she doesn't stop crying until I give her my boob. If I dont give her my boob she will not eat until I do. i dont see how the people from head start do it to make her drink from THE bottle .I even tried switching bottles and nipples nothing seems to help . Anyone know what I can do ? . And I notice ever since she started Head start and shes been drinking from the bottle she's been more gassy and has collic. Could it be cause of the bottles?
I have to get Charley’s bloodwork done in order for her to start her head start program next month. I’m really nervous. How do they take a 2 years old blood?
