It can, the mans sperm has a chemical that makes you contract and it can send you into labor.

Thats understandable. Theres always possibilities. You could or could not contract. I'm high risk pregnancy and from 30-36 weeks i get put on bed rest (history of preterm labor) after that i tried everything from exercises to sex to go into labor and my second baby didnt come until 38 weeks. My first born was 6 weeks premature but was ready to come home after the normal 3 days after delivery. After 36 weeks some doctors say 37 weeks baby is full term.

Any time from 37 to 40 max 42 weeks you are in the clear to have a healthy baby. My last 2 inductions where done at 38 weeks.
