Spray off as much solids as you can. I use foca soap on mine. Wash alone in cold. No fabric softener or dryer. Sit outside in sun to remove poo stains.
@coralinesmommy12517 It a wonderful thing. You save so much money on pampers by just being able to reuse the diapers. And they are so easy to clean. You can go online to amazon and buy a 6 pack with wet/dry bag for $60. My baby is 9mos I have been using the same diapers since 2 mos old. I have only brought pampers when we travel. In total I have only puchased 4 boxes of pampers since birth (2 boxes of size 2 and 1 box of size 3). U clean and wash them like you would your clothes.
@jacesterlingsmommy that is a process!! Wow!! I just rinse mine out with water. But while at daycare I purchased disposable liners that go inside the diaper. They are thing like tissues but catch the poo and let the pee through to the diapers liner. So when the daycare workers change my baby they just pull that liners with the poo in it and toss it out. In turn it also makes less of a mess for me to have to clean when I get them from the daycare daily. Also, to remove and poo stains I use peroxide. Completely safe for baby's sensitive skin and it literally starts working once on the diaper. Peroxide is also good to whiten baby's whites. I call it baby bleach!!!
