While bathing my daughter I had an idea to sit her in it the opposite way because she wants to sit up but still needs a little help. It worked perfectly here she is playing and sitting up on her own with the help of the high back of the baby bath. Idk if they made them like this so you could but I highly recommend to at least try it if your baby can sit up with little help.
