Achy lower left side pelvic area and sometimes lower left side back area as well its acky almost burning or stinging at times..its not sharp pain like I heard to ur ligament to be .

Can contractions be one sided? I woke up to this on and off pain in my right lower abdomen/pelvic area.. I sleep on my left side anyways, but I've peed, drank water, laid on my left side to see if they will stop and they haven't.. Currently laying on my right side and it is continuing???
