Considering eating an feeding my family more healthy items.... any suggestions on what should be takin out our diets??

Eat salads, veggies, fruits. Cut fruit up and mix it up put them in cups and in the fridge so you or they can just pull them out when ever. Look at the food chart. No soda, no chips, cookies.

No Candy etc.. No Cows milk.... No frying just baking and boiling. Use Oliver oil and coconut oil.
