I miss my son. My stupid baby daddy trying to take him from me. He don't understand, I will be on pissed off mama if he take my son from me. I need my son in my life. He's gonna try to turn my son against me. I'm not gonna let that happen. All the Christian mamas on here, I really need some guidance. And I really need some help getting my son back. Are there any mamas out there that can help me get my baby back? I'm in Beaumont, Texas now so I'm pretty much close to him.

Anyone who isn't the mom taking the child is kidnapping. You could call the police . if he can't prove that you're an unfit mom then he HAS to give you your son. @loville1990

CPS gave his parents temporary custody. And I prove to them that I can take care of him. And every time it was time to spend time with me and his son, I'm always there, he's nowhere to be found. He's doing this all because I won't let him control me anymore.

You have to speak to CPS and let them know what's going on. If you have visitation and they are not allowing you to see your son, you have to let them know to come to some sort of agreement

Okay but if I'm living with my dad for the time being which is a three bedroom house. Can I talk them into let him live with me and my dad?

You can if you live in a good environment. With that being said, they'll go check your entire house from top to bottom. Making sure your child is in no danger. It's really up to them if they let your kid come live with you. You can ask what do they need from YOU specifically to show that you can take care of him.
