@mommylexi, no worries! I was a little surprised at first but breastfeeding is almost like birth control and stops you from ovulating. And then birth control on top of that really protects you and causes you to not have a period!

Breastfeeding tends to alter the period a bit. I wouldn't be concerned

I breastfeed and also am on the mini pill and haven't a period since I had my son and he's almost 5 months old. It's normal, I even tested to be sure and negative.
