From the get go. My son dreams ALL the time unfortunately he inherited my nigh terrors. But he was dreaming at a couple days old. I could tell because his eyes would slightly open and they would roll and move all over the place(REM) or he would completely open his eyes and roll them closed. He has recently started laughing in his sleep.
