I absolutely love my paragard IUD. I love not having the hormones like I did with the ring and obviously no weight gain from that and my period has been the same. Many people say their period gets heavier I haven't had that issue

But everyone is different and some have regular periods.

I've had the nexplanon since January and it's been awesome! I haven't had a period either.
