Got a well sore head!! Was on the phone to my mum yesterday and charlie decided itd be funny to run up behind me and tangle a brush in my hair 😣 worst pain ever as im hair sore and have very long hair and he really had knotted it up on me! Took an absolute age to rip out 😡

Hair falling out! Has anyone taken biotin for their hair? My hair dresser recommended it but I haven’t picked it up yet. My hair is falling out like crazy. And anyone who’s seen pics of me know I don’t have a lot of hair to spare. Anyone try it or is there anything else I can try?
Everyone hypes you up about how beautiful and lush your hair is or is going to be during pregnancy, but no one prepares you for how much hair loss you’ll experience after baby. This isn’t even all of it. Clumps went down the drain as well. My hair is already thin as hell as it is. Seeing my hair come out like this has me in literal tears. I hate it.
