Ive had it with both my 15 year old and my 6 year old but at the very end n I was shattered both wer very long labours...I'm thinking of asking for it as soon as I've had enough this time x

i got to the hospital and i was 6cm dilated. (i slept through my contractions) and i demanded it and had it in my birth plan. i asked for it with my first child and they put it off and put me on gas and air till i had my daughter.

with my son i had it within the hour or so? maybe a touch longer. but it was such an amazing birth. i remember everything compared to the first horrific round 😂

I had mine when I was 4 cm dilated and it was the best thing ever for me. Dno if I could've done it without nearly passed out lol x
