Okay just venting here. Do you think it's right for a child to get a referral an also not get allowed to go on a overnight field trip for drawing a cactus farting??... not even on a homework or school assignment but during recess. This Is what just happened to my brother...I'm so aggravated with his teacher he's only 9...

lol I'm sorry but that's seriously the dumbest reason. He's a little boy. I would definitely transfer schools. Go the the school department. Mention taking legal action, that'll straighten them out.
