I recommend reaching out to a lactation consultant to make sure baby has the proper latch position. That's the biggest cause for sores etc. @gabbiewill
You can use gel ice packs or try a different brands of nipple balm. Lanolin free ones are good too. Bamboobies is a great brand
If you're putting the baby to the breast and feeding on demand, there's no rule as to how many times a day you should pump. It depends on how much you want to save. I pump only a few days a week personally @gabbiewill
But if you're only pumping, never go more than 3 hrs at this stage without pumping
The more you empty your breasts, the more milk you make. So pumping only temporarily solves your full issue lol @gabbiewill but pump once in the morning maybe and again in the late afternoon

4oz is great. Are you exclusively pumping or do you nurse too? @gabbiewill
I don't have any secrets. Feed on demand, don't skip feedings, pump in your free time, eat well, stay hydrated.
I do top off my supply with milky mama treats though for extra fat content. Check my previous posts for my 10% off code if you'd like to try it
