Ok mommas.... so my lower back is hurting me kinda bad but tolerable. Its going down in my butt.... i have not lost my.mucus plug yet and im 35 weeks today....

I had such terrible lower back pain my whole pregnancy. The end was even worse, I needed help to get up and walk. I just laid on my heating pad and put it on low or medium. That's all I could really do 😕

I have that same pain hun. It's seriously excruciating. But I also have it in my hips. I always have my husband try and rub it but it doesn't help much. Keep trying to reposition yourself. With thick pillows in between your legs and everything.
