On this day at 8:40 a.m. this little angel sent from the man from above made his arrival via c-section. I can't believe you are 1 year old today my little Gabriel. We've had so many tears, pain, struggles but also have had lots of laughs and so much love. I've learned so much from my own self having you & you are by far the smartest little boy ever. You've defeated what doctors have said and keep going my little fighter! 💪🏽 You've learned so much in this year; sitting on your own, eating on your own, crawling, speaking(few more than 10 words), drawing, matching, cleaning up & walking to name a few. I'm so proud of you my boy & best of all to be your mother. Didn't picture your first birthday to be like this but it sure has turned out amazing. I love you so much Gabriel Elijah 👶🏽👑💙! Happy C-day my little April fools baby 🎉🎈
