Just want to scream sometimes. I feel like I get NO help whatsoever. Maybe I shouldn't even expect it since they're my kids not his. But watching him check out or not pick up any slack ever makes me want to slam my fucking head into a wall. I get SO angry and frustrated I seriously just want to run away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calm down take a breather go outside for some fresh air and while your out there think about the situation and try not to get so angry and frustrated...ask them one time and if no one moves take what they love the most and do not give it back until everyone is doing what you ask
