So My husband and I are in a Poly relationship With another woman who lives 650 miles away. (a few states over)

Two Days after our daughter was born my husband left to go get Her. He got 5 minutes away from her house and She texted him and said just forget it.

My husband drove 1300 miles away from His wife and newborn daughter.

pulling a trailer for her stuff, So he got about 9 miles to the gallon. So We spent $400 in gas, till fees, Food, and a hotel.

I don't care about the money. I mean yeah I do but I care more at the fact that she took time away from our newborn. the time that we actually needed him the most.

I'm not angry and my husband for going. I wanted him too, But I was expecting for her to come back as well.

He decided to block all communication with her except text, She texted him the entire way home and said how sorry she was and wanted to know if we still wanted her here if she found her own way.

We said yeah but we aren't going out of our way to get burnt again..

Anyways. She said she rented a moving truck and left yesterday and would keep Me updated on the journey. it was supposed to be a surprise to my husband since his birthday is Monday.

But now I don't think she is coming since I have texted her a bunch of times and haven't heard one thing back from her.

What do y'all think?

should I just go on with my day and expect for her not to come?

I mean I know this is something my husband really wants. And he might take it personally if she doesn't come.
