I've heard WIC has covered some car seats before. Food pantries where I live even give stuff away like that. Just call one and ask if they can help lead you to the right people. 99% of the time the people who run those are very helpful and will try to help get you to who you need to talk to.

Depending on your insurance you can receive a free car seat, pack and play and breast pump. Thats all I know about

Yes, they will set you up with a lactate consultant as well and a case manager that will help you receive all that you need.
