Question? What does it mean 3 centimeters but still very high?

It means your cervix is open 3 cm, which it needs to be 10 to have baby come through. And very high means it hasn't dropped yet.

I'm guessing your dilating but haven't really dropped

@shananaginsx, thank you! I knew the 3 centimeters but never have I heard still high. My other three I was 3 centimeters and within a couple hours I was already in full blown labor. You wouldn't happened to know any way that I could speed this up do you? The doctor said to do walking

Means baby can come any day and baby can drop any day. If you lose your mucus plus your really on your way congrats!!!!
