So 3 centimeters dilated, my mucus plug fell out yesterday morning, regulars contractions but nothing is changing so the doctor said go home and do some walking. But this mama has 0 energy to do anything :( I just feel that no matter what I do he still will not come and I'm just going to make myself more exhausted 😩

Damn my son was the same way when I didn't want him to come he tried to but when I was ready nothing helped lol

Haha that's how I feel with this one. He is going to come when I'm not ready 😔 lastnight I did everything from walking, dancing with the kids, bouncing up and down, and nothing happened not even contractions those have stopped 😟 so today I think I will try stairs, walking, squats, and jogging in place, and probably just clean my house on top of it.
