Question ladies. I just had a gush of clear liquid come out. It isn't still coming and I didn't pee…

@mommytoobe, no it soaked my underwear and felt like I peed myself but I didn't. Now there's nothing. They had to break my water with my first so idk what it feels like when it breaks on its own, but no more is coming out so I don't think it was that

If it was a gush, I'd go and get check. Same thing happened to me and it was my water, contractions didn't start on their own for me so I had no pain.

My water was broke with my first child that's why I didn't think anything of the fluid since it didn't feel the same, however once at the hospital my bag broke completely and the water kept coming out, but I definitely think you need to go get checked

@tired, @kmharr3, @sumria, I guess I'm just confused because it was just enough to cover my underwear, but now I have absolutely nothing coming out. With my first, they broke it for me and it felt like gallons of water 😂

I was jus in labor delivery and they said come back if I feel a gush of fluids , pain , bleeding etc its definitely time 😂 trust me

Mine was only enough to soak my underwear as well, and I had no pains because like I said contractions didn't start on my own. I had to be induced with my first and with my second after I got to the hospital I had to be on pitocin since my body couldn't figure out what to do. Don't feel like an idiot if you water did break and you go more than 24 hours without going into labor and giving birth then you risk major infections and complications. Better safe than sorry I say. I would go in. Your water bag probably just tore a little and the rest will break later

Go in! They will test to see if t is you water which is very likely since this is your second and you full term! Good luck

There doesn't have to be any pain after your water breaks. When my broke I felt nothing at all but the contractions started coming less than 40 min after. I would get it checked out to be safe.

I leaked with my first twice and they still needed to break the water the rest of the way. Get checked just to be sure.
