My little sister who is expecting her first child in a few months and I were just talking about this the other day. I think probably every mom goes through that somewhat and no one should feel guilty for feeling that way but its SO important if you feel that way for too long to make sure you tell your doctor. Getting sunlight every day for 15-20 minutes and taking Omega 3-6-9 will really help get your moods back on track and even getting a few minutes to walk or just to have quiet time (I know seems impossible) but if you can close your bedroom door, deep breathe, relax your mind, it can do wonders for post-partum depression.
I have bad Symtoms like I still throw up when I try to eat certain food I get stomach pain I start shaking I get anxious I get terrible head pain my blood pressures goes up and down my oxygen goes away I can't breath right my heart starts hurting idk what's wrong with me :( @miller13,
